1. Options and board basis
What does the All-Inclusive Soft option include?
It's the perfect option for those wishing to relax with no worries:
Want to stay near the walkway, the play area or closer to the shore? Just let us know and we'll try to meet your request!

How do I book it?
Just select the ‘All Inclusive Soft’ option when booking online, or let us know by telephone or email.
What if I change my mind after booking?
No problem! You can add the All-Inclusive option up until the day of check-in, with a small extra charge starting from €34 per day per room.
Does Milano Simple provide All-Inclusive?
No, here you choose complete freedom: with the BB (breakfast) or BBB (breakfast + brunch + beach) option.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, for most offers. You can safely pay by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal or even Scalapay.
It's never lost: if you cancel at least 7 days in advance, you can reuse it for another stay within 12 months.

3. Facilities & Rooms
How is the Milano Resort organised?
Our resort is like a small seaside square, with four buildings close to each other, each with its own soul:
- Milano Hotel: overlooking the sea, with restaurant, bar, terrace and bicycle rental.
- Milano Suite: elegance and tranquillity, a stone's throw from the sea, with suites, junior suites and a pool on a panoramic terrace. There's also a dedicated breakfast room.
- Milano Family Suite: independent apartments and hotel services. It's a spacious, self-contained solution, just 15 meters from Milano Hotel.
- Milano Simple: for those who love smart holidays just 10 meters from the sea and a stone's throw from the city center.
Are the rooms facing the sea?
Milano Hotel rooms are the only ones with a side sea view from the balcony. No rooms are directly facing the sea.
Milano Suite, Milano Simple and Family Suite are just a few meters from the beach.

Who can use the hot tub?
It's only for guests staying in the Junior Suites and Suites at Milano Suite. An extra treat with a sea view.
4. Family-friendly services
What's in the room for children?
Everything they need to feel just like home:
- cribs, cots, bed rails, baby bath tubs
- toilet seat reducers, baby bottle warmers
What about baby food?
We are parents too (we have five children and know what it means)!
We always have vegetable purées and unsalted vegetable broth, robiola cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, all kinds of baby food, creams and small pasta shapes!
Just ask, and we will prepare these things for you every day, according to your little one's preferences.
We also provide high chairs, baby cutlery and glasses, bibs and booster seats.
We always have vegetable purées and unsalted vegetable broth, robiola cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, all kinds of baby food, creams and small pasta shapes!

What if my child is unwell?
Our trusted paediatrician is available (upon request), and there's a pharmacy and first aid clinic just a few minutes away. The paediatric first aid clinic is open during the following hours (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
5. Beach & dining
How far away is the beach?
If you're staying at Milano Hotel, you're already by the sea. The other buildings are between 15 and 25 meters from the sea. It's very convenient, especially since they're all connected.
Can I eat on the beach?
Of course! You have two options:
- Takeaway: help yourself at the buffet and enjoy your meal in convenient containers to take under your beach umbrella
- Delivery: book your lunch and we will serve it directly to you under your reserved gazebo on the beach
6. Parking, bicycles and accessibility
Is there parking?
Yes, always guaranteed. We have different solutions depending on the season: next to the resort or with a free shuttle service. We will help you choose the best option for you.
- Shuttle option: outdoor parking with shuttle service, €7/day
- Summer option: next to the resort, €15/day (only available on site)
- Low season option: next to the resort, €5/day
Do you have bicycles?
Yes! Free of charge and also available with child seats, helmets, baskets and cargo bikes for children. Cycle and discover Bellaria in complete freedom.
Is the resort accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the lifts comply with regulations and we have suitable rooms and facilities. Please ask us for specific info: we'll find the right solution together.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free and available throughout the property... even on the beach!
Are dogs allowed?
Of course! Four-legged friends are allowed, with a small extra charge.
They are not allowed in the dining room, but they can follow you everywhere else, even to the beach (in a designated area).

We're arriving early with our young children... can we check in straight away?
Absolutely! We will help you with your luggage and car straight away. That way, you can immediately enjoy the beach and avoid any stress.
On the day of departure, can we stay a little longer?
Of course, just ask. If available, we'll be happy to offer you late check-out, parking for your car and maybe even a final lunch under the beach umbrella.
What if I forget something at the hotel?
If we find it, we will send it to you! Just pay the shipping costs or send us a courier. We only ask that you report it to us within 48 hours of departure.
Can I book excursions or tickets?
Yes! There's no need to search for agencies: we take care of everything. Parks, excursions, events: we help you organise tailor-made experiences.
I follow a special diet. Can you cater to this?
Yes, absolutely. Please let us know upon booking and we will find the best solution for your needs.
